Peter Murrell, former SNP chief executive, pleaded guilty to embezzling £400,310.65 from party funds between 2010 and 2022. He was remanded in custody after a High Court hearing in Edinburgh. Purchases included a motorhome for £124,550, two cars, watches, and luxury goods. Sentencing is scheduled for June 23.
