A motorhome with German licence plates overturned onto its side on the E313 at Geel-Oost, killing the driver. The driver was alone in the vehicle and is reported to have Dutch nationality. The motorway towards Antwerp remains fully closed, and traffic is being diverted via the Geel-Oost exit and the Geel-West entry slip road. Vehicles queued behind the crash were escorted to turn around, causing significant delays. The motorhome has been righted, but the road has not yet reopened.
