Traffic on the E18 in Sandvika towards Oslo came to a standstill on Sunday afternoon after a car towing a caravan skidded. The caravan jack-knifed across the road, hitting another car and the guardrail. The accident was reported at around 14:40; by 15:00 traffic was passing in one lane. Two people are being examined by medical staff at the scene, and a recovery truck is clearing the roadway.
