The request follows repeated incidents where motorhome tourists use campground facilities (showers, toilets, gray water disposal) without paying, and park at campground barriers. Business owners also argue that municipal lots, priced at around 300 NOK per night, divert customers from campgrounds charging 400–500 NOK.
