In Rimini, on Via Stampa, a burnt camper has been standing for six months. Local residents report that July 5 marks six months since the fire destroyed a motorhome parked on municipal land, but its charred remains have still not been removed.
According to residents, in the three years before the fire, they repeatedly contacted the mayor's office and local police with complaints about illegal habitation in the vehicle, but there was no reaction. After the fire, new requests were made to remove the burnt wreck, but it remains in place.
The four barriers installed, in residents' opinion, do not prevent access to it, creating a risk of injury, especially for children. Appeals to the municipality and police have yielded no results.
