Firefighters stopped fluid leaks, disconnected the battery and prepared the motorhome for recovery.

Motorcyclist hits motorhome

Near the settlement of Log pod Mangartom, a 22-year-old German motorcyclist crashed into a VW Crafter motorhome. According to police, the rider lost control due to speeding, fell onto the road and slid into the oncoming camper. The victim suffered multiple injuries (ankle fractures, pelvis and thigh damage) and was airlifted by military helicopter to the clinical centre in Ljubljana.
