The country score (0–100) is computed from all of its cities, not a single point. Cities are grouped into regions, and a region's score is the median of its cities so dense clusters don't outweigh sparse ones. Final score = 0.65 × “best areas” (80th percentile of regions) + 0.35 × “typical conditions” (median of regions), so one warm city can't push the whole country to 100. Each city's score blends warmth (feels-like), sun, rain and wind, adjusted for night temperature and, on the coast, the sea. Data: Open-Meteo, refreshed several times a day.
The scale above shows what share of the country's cities falls into each comfort band. “Best spot” is the most comfortable region or city this week; “typical conditions” is the median score across regions.

Slovenian manufacturer Mega Mobil has introduced the Re-Aktiv 680 S H4 camper based on the MAN TGE or VW Crafter. It measures 6.83 m long and 2.90 m high, with a gross vehicle weight of 4,100 kg. An electric lift bed at the rear (200×170 cm) raises to free space for a motorcycle or bicycles. The base price starts at 91,717 euros; at the Caravan Salon, a similarly equipped show vehicle was priced at over 157,000 euros. Options include four-wheel drive, differential lock and off-road accessories.

EU Directive 2025/2205 will let category B licence holders drive motorhomes up to 4250 kg, or up to 5000 kg with a trailer, but only after additional training or an exam. In Croatia, the rules are not yet in force.
KABE has presented the world's first fully integrated 4x4 motorhome on a complete Mercedes 4x4 chassis. Previous all-wheel-drive KABE models were built with chassis supplier Meijer because Mercedes did not offer a 4x4 option at the time. The new motorhome can tow a 1,980 kg trailer. The four-wheel drive is intended for towing heavy trailers and handling difficult campsite conditions such as wet grass, ice or snow. The 4x4 version features an off-road package with black accents, tracks-profile tires, a black awning and a light bar; at the rear it has a single axle with dual wheels.

In September and October, Slovenian motorhome and caravan dealers are holding in-house shows to present new models and offer promotions on stock and used vehicles. Caravan Center Ljubljana will hold its show from 1 to 3 October, Adria Center in Novo Mesto on 9–10 October, Vantrip Robeta in Brezovica pri Ljubljani from 15 to 17 October, and Vraničar avtodomi Ahorn in Maribor on 3 October. AMZS members are offered rental discounts: 5% for rentals of 3 to 5 days, and 10% for rentals of 7 days or more or during low season.

Slovenian manufacturer Robeta unveiled the Hercules camper van at the Salon des Véhicules de Loisirs 2026 in hall 2B. Based on a Mercedes-Benz Sprinter with a 150 hp engine, the 6.97 m model is offered in 3.5 t and optional 4.1 t versions. Four trim levels are available: Base from €132,090, Active from €134,190, Pro from €143,190 and Ultimate from €153,290. Features include an electric longitudinal bed (200/185×160 cm), a swivelling bench seat, a sliding worktop, and optional coffee machine, dishwasher, wine cabinet and microwave.
Adria has unveiled the SuperTwin 700 SGX PTR, its first camper van based on the Mercedes-Benz Sprinter with all-wheel drive. The model features a pop-up roof and measures 6.97 m long, 2.02 m wide and 2.89 m high. The base price is €162,900, while the exhibited unit is priced at €168,891.
Slovenian manufacturer Adria has updated its 2027 motorhome lineup, restructuring the range into two trim levels: Select and Supreme. Select versions are based on Citroën chassis with white bodywork, while Supreme versions use Fiat chassis with Artense grey bodywork and richer equipment. Key changes affect Compact, Coral and Matrix profiles: new profiling cap, Full LED rear lights on Supreme, standard compressor fridge, diesel heating, and increased use of expanded polypropylene (EPP) to reduce weight and improve insulation. The Compact DC returns at 6.99 m with a central bed and a width of 2.12 m. Prices for Twin camper vans start at €61,900 for Twin Select and €71,900 for Twin Supreme; Compact profiles start at €74,900. Prices are valid as of 15 September 2026 and may change during the year.
From 1 to 3 October, Caravan Center Ljubljana will hold its traditional autumn show, featuring the first presentation of Italian GiottiLine motorhomes. The lineup includes Siena and Toscan models from 6 to 7.4 metres long, plus two alcove motorhomes with up to six berths. Members receive a 5% discount on motorhome or caravan rental for a minimum of 5 days. Opening hours: 1–2 October 8:30–18:00, 3 October 8:30–14:00.
