The site includes 160 pitches on 19.5 acres, a three-bedroom bungalow, an additional 3-acre pasture, and a new lake development (Water Gardens) with motorhome pitches, completed in 2023. The park was run by three generations of the same family. The sale was handled by Colliers’ specialist Parks team.
