The province of British Columbia is clearing an RV encampment at the Cole Road rest stop in Abbotsford that had been in place for over three years. The last two residents are vacating the premises after utilities were shut down in November 2025 due to vandalism and safety concerns. The full site cleanup is expected to be completed by the end of April.
