Vilalba: faults and inaccurate maps
The PP municipal group in Vilalba has called on local authorities to fix deficiencies in the new motorhome area at the A-Magdalena recreation zone. They claim the water supply system is not working properly, which could harm the facility's rating and the municipality's tourist image. They also demand updated geolocation data on tourism platforms and a regular maintenance protocol.
Bueu: neglect and insecurity
The People's Party of Bueu has denounced the neglected state of the municipal motorhome area in Achadiza (Beluso parish). The site, opened in 2023, is overgrown with weeds and untrimmed trees, making it difficult to use, especially in summer. The party criticises the local government for allocating 160,000 euros from provincial aid to create the site and then neglecting its upkeep for three years. Independent councillor Daniel Chapela also demanded urgent measures against drug dealing at the parking lot, claiming that drug sales and consumption occur there, creating insecurity for residents.
