Sina has published a guide to modifying the Wuling Xingguang 730 compact MPV, splitting upgrades into three budget tiers of 1,600, 8,000 and 30,000 yuan. The model is on sale with petrol and plug-in hybrid powertrains, priced from 73,000 to 91,800 yuan. The second-row seats fold flat to form a 1.8-metre bed, and the PHEV version provides a 3.3 kW external discharge output. The 8,000-yuan camper package adds a side awning, a sleeping module, a fridge, an auxiliary battery and an inverter; the 30,000-yuan business package includes electric sliding doors, aviation seats, a wooden floor and a colour-change wrap.
