YouTuber Chay Denne, known as President Chay, converted a 43-foot race car trailer into a two-story camper. The trailer was bought on Facebook Marketplace for 8,900 pounds; inside were grass, trash, and a bird's nest in the ceiling. The roof was removed with an excavator, the frame was extended by 4 feet, and a wooden pitched roof was installed.

The camper has three sleeping areas, a garage with a fold-down terrace, a kitchen with 54 doors, and a coffered ceiling. Acrylic countertops cost $2,000 instead of $7,000 for porcelain. The system includes 1,000 feet of wiring, three 36,000 BTU air conditioners, and a 100-gallon black water tank. The project was completed in 4 weeks before a trip to Myrtle Beach.

According to another source, the team from the YouTube channel President Chay purchased an old toy hauler trailer for $4,500 and converted it into a two-story house on wheels. The project took more than two months. The original trailer was 13 m long and 3 m high; after the rebuild, the height reached 4 m. Inside are three bedrooms, one of which is located above the bathroom, as well as a garage with a fold-down door. The house has a kitchen with a full-size stove, oven, refrigerator, and a stone-clad fireplace. A mini-split air conditioning system and ceiling fans are installed. The initial weight of the trailer was 4,037 kg; the final weight is not reported.
