On Saturday afternoon, around thirty caravans were parked without permission on communal land on the Choumouroux plateau in Yssingeaux. On Sunday morning, Mayor Arthur Liogier, accompanied by gendarmes, visited the site. After negotiations, the travelers agreed to leave within seven days. The authorities also announced the installation of an anti-intrusion device to prevent future unauthorized occupation.
