The High Court of England and Wales has granted a 12-month injunction prohibiting any construction work on an unauthorised caravan site in Histon, Cambridgeshire. The temporary ban was imposed on 25 May and later extended.
Under the order, all caravans and structures placed on the site after 25 May must be removed, except for five caravans. Breaching the injunction could lead to imprisonment, a fine, or seizure of property.
