Authorities in Bodrum, Turkey, have begun demolishing illegal piers and evacuating caravans that disrupt the natural landscape. At the Küdür Peninsula, a fixed and a floating pier were dismantled, and the removal of 16 caravans, some reportedly rented out commercially, has commenced.
