Square Glade Games is releasing Outbound, a travel simulator set in a camper van. The game launches May 11, 2026 on PC and Xbox Series X|S, and May 14 on PS5, Nintendo Switch and Switch 2.

Players choose from three camper types, customize their character, and explore an open world while solving problems (e.g., repairing gates) and gathering resources. A key feature is the ability to build houses, greenhouses, and workshops on the camper's roof, which fold away when moving.

The camper runs on biofuel made from grass and wood, reaches speeds up to 40 km/h, and its power CAN be upgraded to conquer any slope.
