Three trailer cabins of the 'Yurapaku Cabin' hotel were installed on the grounds of the Yurapaku welfare center in Nakadomari, Aomori Prefecture, and opened on the 27th. The trailers are living modules on truck beds that operate as a hotel normally but can be converted into mobile shelters during earthquakes. Each unit has a simple layout with a living-dining-kitchen area, bathroom, and bedroom, totaling about 16.6 sq m. Maximum occupancy is 4 people (2 adults, 1 child, 1 preschooler). Rates start at 7,000 yen per night for one adult.
