Opening
Our Habitas, part of Ennismore, has opened Caravan Hatta — its fourth resort in the Middle East and first in the UAE. The project was developed in partnership with Dubai Holding. The first guests were received on 28 September 2026 after a delay of almost a year.
Accommodation and amenities
Located in the Hajar Mountains about 1.5 hours' drive from Dubai International Airport, the resort comprises 50 individual Airstreamⓘ trailers: 13 Ridge Caravans and 37 Peak Caravans. Each trailer has a private wooden terrace. Units measure 21.5 sq m with a queen-size bed, living area and bathroom; the outdoor terrace is 18.8 sq m. Facilities include an infinity pool, Madar restaurant serving Emirati cuisine, Thuraya Wellness centre with a barrel sauna, cold plunge pool and hot tub, an outdoor gym and an observatory deck for stargazing.
Activities and rates
Guests can enjoy kayaking, paddleboarding, cycling and hiking trails, sound meditations and Arabic coffee rituals. Accommodation is offered from 1130 dirhams per night with breakfast; according to a review, from 1040 dirhams. Check-in is from 15:00, check-out until noon. Dis-loyalty programme members receive a 50% discount on first bookings until 14 December 2026.
