A planning application has been submitted for a new caravan park on Achill Island, Ireland. The proposal, lodged with Mayo County Council, includes 61 mobile home pitches and 20 campervan spaces on a 16-acre site at Keel.
The development would feature a reception area, communal facilities, toilets and showers, as well as a parking area for motorhomes with water and electric hook-ups and waste disposal. According to the sources, the site will also include a dedicated area for self-contained motorhomes with access to electricity, water refill and waste disposal.
