A 400-acre former golf course in Jackson County, Mississippi, will be converted into the state's largest RV resort. The development, set to open in late 2026 or early 2027, includes 476 RV sites, 20 Airstreams, and 16 treehouses. The project proceeded after a two-year legal battle ended with a Mississippi Supreme Court ruling in the developer's favor.
