The French commune of Meilhan-sur-Garonne has spent €86,000 to upgrade the 'Les Platanes' campsite for management by Camping-Car Park. From June 12, the site will offer 50 pitches for motorhomes and tents. Expected annual economic returns are €30,000–€35,000, six to seven times the previous rental income of €5,000.
