Auto Camping Site 'Pictol' in Gwangju to Open on August 1

In Jinju, South Gyeongsang Province, a camping trailer mounted a curb and tilted heavily near the entrance of Gyeongsang National University Hospital. The exact cause of the incident has not yet been determined. The event has renewed focus on trailer towing safety and the issue of long-term roadside parking of such vehicles.

Dutch company Vantrack has developed the LightCamp based on the Kia PV5 Passenger. The system of removable modules allows the vehicle to be used as a 5-seat electric van on weekdays and as a 4-berth camper on weekends. It features a 71.2 kWh battery, a range of 358 km, and V2L capability delivering up to 3.6 kW for external equipment. The price before tax incentives starts at 47.09 million won.

Danho Sand Park, a recreational facility in Andong, South Korea, will partially reopen on July 16 after a 2.6 billion won renovation.
