LIHI, the site operator, confirmed that construction of Glassyard Commons, a site for 72 RVs and 20 tiny houses in West Seattle, will start within a month and finish in late summer, after the World Cup. The original target was before the tournament. Permits for construction, water, and electricity have preliminary approval. LIHI also announced a new 90-tiny-house project, Cloverleaf Village, in South Park.
