Haenam County has launched a campervan rental service at Haenam Station. The service began on March 6, 2026 (some sources mention December 6, 2025 or January 6, 2026; dates vary).
A total of 14 vans are managed by the county, of which 10 four-person vehicles are available at the new location. Previously, rental was only possible at Mokpo Station. The expansion follows the opening of Haenam Station in September 2025, which boosted rail tourism.
Reservations are made via the Korail website, and users receive a 50% discount on train tickets.
