Haenam County (South Jeolla Province, South Korea) launched a camper van rental service at Haenam Station on March 6, 2026. Previously, rentals were only available at Mokpo Station (or KTX Mokpo).
Ten 4-person camper vans are available at Haenam Station. Reservations are made through the Korail website, and a 50% discount on train tickets is offered. The "camper city tour" service lets train passengers immediately rent a camper to explore the county's attractions and stay overnight.
According to one source, the county operates 14 camper vans in total, and the service, launched in 2023, served 3,748 people in 2025. Other sources mention rentals for 1–2 days.
