A Mobile, Alabama-based family-owned grocery chain plans to build an RV resort near its Dauphin Island Parkway store, according to Lagniappe. The Alabama Department of Environmental Management’s public documents portal shows GGDIP has a construction stormwater permit for “Greer’s RV Resort” just south of Greer’s CashSaver in Bayley’s Corner. The planned development would be located near the intersection of Dauphin Island Parkway and Fowl River Road on the eastern side of Dauphin Island Parkway.
