A woman who has spent 23 years doing overnight stays in her car with dogs shared her memories. She described a route from the Yamanaka Onsen Yukemuri Kenko-mura roadside station to the Shinshu Tsutakijuku roadside station, crossing the Northern and Central Alps. The trip took over 10 hours due to one-way traffic on disaster recovery sections. On another occasion at the Kobuchizawa roadside station, her food, including rice balls, went missing, after which she began using a cooler box to protect her meals.
