  • Community Award: Camping Vermeille (Zweisimmen, Bern)

Camping.info, based on over 62,000 traveler votes, has named the five best campsites in Europe for 2026. They are located in Austria, Germany and Italy, offering extensive infrastructure including pools, spas and children's entertainment.

According to the CamperDays 2026 trend index, emerging camper destinations include Japan, Costa Rica, Iceland, Namibia and Morocco. Japan benefits from its network of over a thousand "Michi-no-eki" roadside stations, while a new camper station opened in Casablanca, Morocco.
