In France, 650,000 motorhomes, campers and vans are registered. Between May 2025 and May 2026, 95,000 such vehicles were registered, including 27,300 new ones. This is the second best performance after 2021, when the pandemic boosted sales. The average price of a new motorhome is at least €55,000, making them mostly affordable for people over 55, but more people in their 30s and 40s are buying campers or converting vans.
