The Uiryeong Fire Department (South Korea) announced on April 12 the release of safety guidelines for campsites, including glamping and caravans, due to increased spring visitors. The agency warned that dry and windy weather CAN accelerate fire spread. Recommendations include checking KC certification for electrical and gas appliances, placing fire extinguishers near heat sources, and prohibiting carbon monoxide-emitting devices in enclosed spaces.
