Converted from unused land, it features zones for motorcycles, motorhomes, camping, outdoor performances, and a market. Facilities include water and power hookups, 24-hour showers, self-service car wash, and Wi-Fi. The project, part of the county's 2026 tourism plan, has drawn cross-provincial travelers from Henan and Anhui.
