The French Federation of Campers, Caravanners and Motorhomers (FFCC), founded in 1938 and recognised as a public utility in 1973, has restructured after a decline in membership. It created two entities: Camp’in France for individual tourists and Camp’in Pro for campsite managers and local authorities. Membership costs €30 for an individual, €41 for a family and €20.50 for those aged 18–26 on the basic plan; the premium plan is €50 and €61 respectively. Benefits include discounts at over 1,000 campsites, legal protection, insurance and 24/7 telemedicine.
