On the evening of June 13, a Tesco supermarket in Glastonbury, Somerset, was evacuated after two caravans were deliberately set on fire nearby. The caravans were destroyed, and about 10% of the store's exterior wall was damaged. No injuries were reported; the store reopened on the morning of June 14.

North Yorkshire Council retroactively approved three static caravans at Star Carr Farm for six seasonal workers from Poland. The three-year permit was granted due to the inability to hire local staff.

British entrepreneur Robert Bull, known as 'Bob the Builder', went bankrupt with a debt of £725 million. His company RoyaleLife sold caravans on muddy plots, marketing them as bungalows, and exploited legal loopholes for permits. The investigation revealed that the same caravans were sold to multiple buyers and that fake invoices were found.

Joshua Donnelly, 22, was sentenced at York Crown Court for a stabbing at Flamingo Land Resort in North Yorkshire. The attack occurred on September 18 after Donnelly retrieved a knife during a domestic dispute; the victim, a 38-year-old father, was stabbed three times in the abdomen while trying to intervene. He required emergency surgery for a punctured colon and sustained nerve damage, leading to mobility issues, job loss, and financial strain for his family.
