Swedish motorhome and caravan importer and distributor Bergholm Fritidsfordon AB has received final approval to list its shares on the Spotlight Stock Market. The first day of trading under the ticker BHOLM is scheduled for March 26, 2026. The share offering at 11 SEK per share was oversubscribed, raising 22 million SEK.

A woman from Kungsbacka is disputing a 38,000 Swedish kronor repair bill for her motorhome. She claims she did not give written approval for the work, as required by the company's own terms. The case has been referred to the General Complaints Board, with the woman offering to pay only 5,000 kronor as a deductible.
