A planning inspector dismissed Wayne Griggs' appeal, ruling his actions unreasonable. He must remove caravans, hardstanding, and other items from a site in Dibden within nine months. The inspector also partially awarded costs against Griggs. The New Forest National Park Authority stated his actions caused unnecessary time and expense.
