The Irish Minister for Defence is seeking injunctions against caravans parked on lands near the Curragh Racecourse in Co Kildare. A barrister told the court that two caravans owned by Nicole O'Brien are attracting others to trespass. The court set a hearing date for next month and joined 28 other individuals to the proceedings. The Minister cited interference with racecourse activities and a firing range, as well as cleanup costs of €185,000 in 2024.
