An application to replace touring caravans with static ones at Park Farm Holiday Park in Manorbier, Pembrokeshire, without a formal planning application was rejected by the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park authority. The applicant sought a lawful development certificate, but the officer report concluded the change would constitute a material change of use requiring specific planning permission. No specific number of caravans was proposed, though the total was expected to decrease due to larger static units.
