On May 12, the Gyeongsangnam-do provincial government, together with experts in construction, fire safety, electricity, and gas, conducted a safety inspection of the auto camping site in the Danghangpo tourist zone in Goseong County.
The inspection covered the condition of electrical and gas equipment, installation of fire prevention systems and evacuation routes, structural reliability of facilities, and sanitary conditions. The measures were taken due to the growing demand for camping and the increased risk of accidents from the active use of electrical appliances and gas.
