The Norwegian Public Roads Administration (Statens Vegvesen) conducted a roadside inspection in Hå, Rogaland. Out of 21 vehicles checked, six were issued a ban on use, and two cases were reported to the police. Four drivers had to leave their trailers at the checkpoint: one was driving a van with a trailer with a combined permissible total weight of 4,750 kg, exceeding the 3,500 kg limit for a Class B license. Other violations included faulty brake lights, a defective emergency brake, and an unconnected trailer plug.
