Redcar and Cleveland Council is implementing parking restrictions on Marine Parade in Saltburn from June. Motorhomes and other vehicles will be limited to marked bays for a maximum of four hours between 9am and 5pm Monday to Saturday, with no return permitted for four hours afterwards. The scheme's implementation, including ticket machines and signage, has cost the council over £28,000. The measures follow resident complaints about extended motorhome parking, noise and waste disposal issues.
