The Broomfield City Council (Colorado) has passed an ordinance tightening rules for parking large vehicles on public streets. The new rules prohibit parking RVs on the street for more than 72 hours within any 14-day period, except for loading or unloading.
The ordinance was passed by a vote of 7-2 after 121 complaints about RV parking last year. An amendment for extended permits for people experiencing financial hardship was not adopted.
