Volkswagen brings ID. Buzz back to US with new Tourer camper trim

Volkswagen has introduced the Tourer trim for the 2027 ID. Buzz, turning the electric microbus into a camper van. It includes a full-size folding bed with mattress, window shades, and an Overnight mode that runs the HVAC system on battery power. An outdoor dinette set is also included. The Tourer is expected to cost around $80,000, while range remains unchanged at approximately 231 miles per charge.
