Renault has introduced a simplified and more affordable version of the Trafic Escapade camper van. The model, unveiled at the Van Life Expo in Bordeaux in November, features a fold-out double bed, a minimalist kitchen unit, and is offered with two diesel engines. Prices start at €46,000, with sales beginning in early 2026. The vehicle has VASP certification, exempting it from an eco-penalty that could reach up to €80,000 for the standard version.
