Thailand's Ministry of Transport is preparing to integrate cooperation with relevant agencies to promote the motorhome manufacturing industry and domestic motorhome tourism. Deputy Transport Minister Pattarapong Pattaraprasit visited Classic Car Caravan in Chai Nat province, a company that designs, engineers and assembles Thai-made motorhomes at a factory in Nakhon Sawan province and organises caravan and motorhome events. The ministry plans to accept proposals from the private sector to formulate support policies on infrastructure and regulation, and will coordinate with the Department of Highways, the Department of Land Transport, the Highway Police, the Ministry of Tourism and Sports and the Ministry of Industry on production, registration and safe use of motorhomes.
