Suzuki Every: updated 4×4 microcamper from €11,500

Subaru produced the Domingo based on the Sambar kei van. The body length was 3.4 m, yet the vehicle seated 7 people. The Aladdin trim featured a pop-up roof for sleeping four. Production ended in 1998.

Suzuki has unveiled an updated version of its compact Every van, popular in Japan as a micro-camper. The model features a redesigned front end, digital instrument cluster, and enhanced safety systems. The J Limited trim offers accessories for camper conversion. Base price starts at approximately €7,700.

The Minamiaso Field Hotel, a stationary resort with trailers featuring private onsen and dome tents, has opened in Minamiaso village, Kumamoto Prefecture. The site also includes the Ki no Kayu day-use onsen.

CoSTORY has launched the 'CAR BED standard,' a foldable bed designed for sleeping in vehicles. The product weighs approximately 3.4 kg, folds to a thickness of 90 mm, and can be set up in about 5 minutes. It is compatible with kei cars and minivans, includes anti-tip straps and seat dent reduction attachments. The bed creates storage space underneath and can also be used as an outdoor cot.

The Zao Bohira campground in Kaminoyama City (Yamagata Prefecture) began its season on June 1. The opening ceremony was attended by local officials and tourism representatives, who offered prayers for visitor safety. The campground offers tent and RV sites with basic amenities.

BeMap has completed deployment of TOKYO FREE Wi-Fi (OpenRoaming) at six Tokyo campsites, including mountainous and remote coastal areas. Satellite internet is used where cellular coverage is unavailable. The project was commissioned by the Tokyo Metropolitan Government.
