First-Quarter Decline

According to the RV Industry Association manufacturer survey, total RV shipments in March 2026 reached 32,162 units, down 13.9% from 37,348 units in March 2025. For the first three months of the year, shipments fell 12.1% to 86,051 units.

Segment Performance

  • Towable RVs: shipments dropped 16.2% (28,484 units).
  • Motorhomes: increased 9.3% (3,678 units).
  • Park models: rose 33.6% (489 units).

January Data

In January 2026, total RV shipments were 24,683 units, down 10.7% year-over-year. Trailer sales fell 13.2%, while motorhome shipments grew 12.7%.
