On April 27, the “Thousand Books, Ten Thousand Stations” cultural tourism project was launched in Haikou by the China RV e-Club. The initiative integrates RV camping with public reading by placing bookshelves in RVs, at RV stations, and in campsites. It aims to have 10,000 RV owners set up personal reading desks, install 1,000 shared bookshelves, and establish 100 themed book stations. A parallel campaign, “Bookish China: 100 Counties, 100 Scenic Spots, 100 Campsites,” was also announced.
