The RV Technical Institute (RVTI) and Dometicⓘ have partnered to host training sessions at RVTI’s facility. Dometic will instruct attendees on the operation, common issues and accurate diagnosis of a wide range of Dometic/Atwood products, including hands-on training, technical discussions and troubleshooting air conditioners, water heaters, furnaces and refrigerators. Technicians will receive hours toward RVTI certification based on which days they attend: 8 hours for one day and 16 hours for both. The two-day programs have a cost of $300. The courses will take place on Oct. 20-21 and Jan. 26-27, 2027.
