Yizheng in Jiangsu Province, home to Chenji town, was selected in June 2025 as one of 40 national pilot cities for automotive consumption reform; only Yangzhou, Qingdao and Lanzhou focus on motorhome camping. Chenji hosts three motorhome manufacturers — Jiangsu Weihang, Saide and Romanters — producing models priced from 200,000 to 2 million yuan; 1,582 units were sold in 2025. Four campsites with 150 standard pitches receive over 10,000 visitors annually.
