Catal Capital has provided $38 million in construction financing for the Camp Margaritaville Resort Golden Isles RV project in Brunswick, Georgia. The 341-space campground, developed by a joint venture of South Street Partners and Brighton Real Estate Ventures, is scheduled for completion in early 2028. The 54-acre site at 7350 Hwy 99 will include 56 casitas and 285 RV pads, along with a swimming pool, restaurant, bar, fitness centre and two pickleball courts. Newmark arranged the transaction.
